About Zuckerman Legal
Harmon Zuckerman is a seasoned attorney with a diverse background in land use, water law, real estate, and civil litigation. Mr. Zuckerman has built a reputation for his practical, hands-on experience in both the legal and planning sectors. He brings extensive knowledge in land use and environmental planning, real estate finance, and construction. He previously worked as a land use planner in both public and non-profit sectors, supervised residential and commercial construction projects, and owned and managed a design/build firm.
Mr. Zuckerman's work spans a broad range of legal matters, from advising clients on land use regulations to negotiating real estate transactions. His leadership extends to community service, including his past role as a member of the City of Boulder’s Planning Board and current service on the Open Space Board of Trustees. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Zuckerman has taught a graduate course at the University of Colorado. Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and coaching Little League baseball.
